Returns and refunds must be requested within 14 days of original purchase and are subject to approval. We do not accept product returns that are intimate, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases.

The deadline for cancelling an order is 24 hours from the date which you placed the order.

We will reimburse you no later that 14 working days from the day on which we approve the cancellation. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order. No fees will incur for such reimbursement.

If you are shipping an item over £50, it is advised you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
